TeXtreme key to the new COBRA PUMA GOLF Driver.
COBRA PUMA GOLF has taken the Golf industry to a new level. Through a relationship with CASIS (Center for Advancement of Science in Space), they’re continuing to push the boundaries in golf by presenting their new driver reinforced by TeXtreme®, Cobra King Ltd.
«Reducing weight while maintaining strength in very specific areas is critical to the performance of the KING LTD driver. Using TeXtreme® in the crown reduced its total weight by 20% which a significant amount of weight that has been relocated to make the club head much more efficient at impact,» said Mike Yagley, Director Innovation & Research -Cobra Golf.
To make the crown lighter Cobra Golf added TeXtreme®, which allows for more weight to be repositioned. By making a lighter, stronger crown that reduces the weight so it can be redistributed to the correct areas of the club head will make it deliver better mass properties. Thus longer, straighter shots every time. What does this mean to golfers? More distance through higher launch, less spin and more ball speed.

TeXtreme® is the next generation of carbon fiber material in the sporting goods industry.
