Urban Decay announces the second phase of their collaboration with singer and fashion entrepreneur Gwen Stefani, set to launch this spring.
This limited-edition collection—the brand’s first-ever celebrity designer collaboration—was a true partnership with Stefani, who worked closely with Urban Decay, guiding every detail of the collection, from the shades to the packaging. Urban Decay Chief Creative Officer and Founding Partner Wende Zomnir carefully crafted each product with Stefani, creating the exact shades Stefani always wished she had in her personal makeup collection.
The collaboration kicked off in late 2015 with the release of the UD | Gwen Stefani Eyeshadow Palette. Stefani worked with Urban Decay to design and develop her ultimate eyeshadow collection, which features her 15 essential shades in a luxe case. Now, Urban Decay introduces the rest of the UD | Gwen Stefani collection, launching this spring.
Since Stefani is known for her iconic lip looks, Zomnir knew the collection wouldn’t be complete without lipstick. Stefani worked with Urban Decay to develop her perfect colors and ideal textures, and together they created her eight must-have lipstick shades. Every one features UD’s proprietary Pigment Infusion System™—for a super-creamy texture, rich payout and superior color dispersion.
To complement the UD | Gwen Stefani Lipstick shades, the collection includes six coordinating shades of 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil. This waterproof formula not only defines lips, but also primes to help lip color last longer.
